Fractal Design normally resolves warranty issues by supplying an appropriate replacement part. For the quickest resolution, please ask the product owner or end user to submit a support request directly to Fractal Design:

Fractal Design will communicate directly with the product owner and arrange delivery of any approved replacement parts.
For products that are faulty on arrival, require a complete-unit replacement, cannot be resolved with a spare part, or need to be returned, the Target Components trade customer must contact Target Components Customer Service.
Please provide your Target order or invoice number, the product serial number, photographs where applicable, and details of the fault.
Goods must not be returned to Target Components without prior authorisation.
