Delivery Charges

We constantly monitor our Delivery Charges and the service provided by our logistics partners to ensure our customers always get the most reliable and cost-effective service possible.

We offer a wide range of delivery options, from standard next-day delivery, to Direct Delivery to your customers direct from the Target warehouse and DPD's Ship To Shop scheme where you can pick up your delivery from over 2500 shops, petrol stations, supermarkets and other locations across the UK.

Most consignments (other than same-day deliveries, pallets and those going to ROI) are fullfilled by DPD. Once your order has been despatched from the Target warehouse, you will receive a Tracking number the next working day confirming your 1-hour delivery timeslot. Your order can be tracked on the DPD website, dpd.co.uk, via your My Account page on the Target website or via DPD's Android and iTunes apps.

Delivery Charges Update - April 2026: Due to ongoing conflicts that are disturbing global oil prices, and the increased costs being passed on by logistics providers, we have no option but to amend our carriage charges too. As a result, effective from 10th April 2026, delivery prices have increased by a flat 20p, regardless of service. We know that our charges continue to benchmark competitively against our nearest competitors and we do not make profit from freight charges. Please note, you will continue to receive FREE next-day shipping on online orders over £500. Please let us know if you have any questions.

*Free standard next-day/ 2-day carriage (exc VAT & Carriage) to UK mainland only, subject to DPD's delivery terms. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, ROI & Channel Islands will take 2 working days.

Exact delivery costs will be displayed at checkout, depending on the service required.

Northern Ireland online orders over £500 will be charged at £8.00 ONLY, and £17.95, on a 2-day service.

Orders placed after 5pm on Friday and during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Collect from Target HQ

If you would prefer to collect your delivery, please just give us an approximate time (at least 1 hour in advance) and we'll have your order ready for you to collect. We'd love to meet you, so please feel free to let your Account Manager or the Sales Team know you're visiting.

DPD Ship To Shop

This service allows you to nominate one of over 2500 locations across the UK as the drop-off point for your order. You can then collect it at your convenience, 7 days a week. For more information, visit our DPD Ship to Shop page.

Tracking

All DPD packages can be tracked to a 1-hour delivery slot in My Account.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available to local addresses for qualifying orders placed before 12:30pm. Please enquire with your account manager or any member of our sales team.

Direct Deliveries

We offer a Direct Delivery whitelabel service to deliver direct from Target to your customers. This is a free-to-use service but it does require you to sign up and create a separate password. For more information click here.
