What kind of warranty does techair offer?

All of our lovely bags and cases are manufactured to the highest quality and come with a whole Lifetime Warranty, and all of our electronic items a Three Year Warranty. Our stringent quality control process means that all of our kit should reach you in perfect condition. However, if there is a manufacturing defect we will happily accept the return and send you a replacement, but please read our Warranty legal bit below first.

What won't the warranty cover?

Our warranty won't cover fair wear and tear, wilful damage (we know you wouldn't do this) or if you're misusing an item, and therefore we won't be able to offer a refund.

Warranty legal bit

Just so you know, techair is the trading name for The Computer Luggage Company.

Terms & Conditions

We know that this is probably common sense, but our Warranty won't cover the contents of your bag. However, it does cover our workmanship and the material used. If one of our items is faulty, we will happy replace it and deliver it to you free of charge.

All claims are subject to an inspection of the case, which sounds serious but it just means that we'll give it the once-over. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms & Conditions.
