3 Year Manufacturers Carry-In Warranty, Tel: 03337773991 Lenovo will first go through some fault finding/troubleshooting routines to see if they can solve the problem.
Within DOA Period: Lenovo will issue an authorisation number for return to the dealer/distributor.
Outside DOA Period: Lenovo will issue an RMA number and will handle the warranty direct with the end user (unless otherwise instructed).
This DOA period can vary so please verify this information with the manufacturer.
The item will have a base warranty when you first receive it. A base warranty is the manufacturing warranty to protect the product once it leaves the factory. Once the product is purchased and registered, the base warranty is deactivated and switches to the full consumer warranty providing the level of service that is included with the machine.
