Gigabyte 3-Year Return-To-Base Warranty

Warranty Type:Return-To-Base

Warranty Coverage: Gigabyte's 3-year warranty includes a 30-day DOA period covering manufacturing defects and faults. If a product becomes faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, it can be returned to Target under the 30-Day DOA agreement, at which point we will replace it where possible, or offer account credit. If it becomes faulty after the first 30 days the product will be repaired or replaced with a graded unit. Account credit will be unavailable outside of the 30-day DOA agreement. The end user will need to return it to the reseller they purchased it from originally. If the unit is found faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, it can be returned to the reseller to claim under DOA with Target - a proof of end-user purchase WILL be required.

END USERS - in the first instance, please return it to the reseller you originally purchased it. Target is unable to deal with end-user warranty issues. In the event an end-user is unable to contact the reseller, they must contact Gigabyte directly via Gigabyte Returns.
