Target Components Celebrates Four Years of Employee Ownership

Target Components marked a major milestone on Friday, 26th June, as the business came together to celebrate four years as an Employee Ownership Trust.

For the occasion, the company stepped away from business as usual, closing its doors for the day to bring the entire team together at Wakefield Trinity. The celebration featured great food, drinks, games and plenty of laughter, giving colleagues the opportunity to relax, reconnect and reflect on the journey the business has taken since becoming employee-owned.

The event recognised not only the company's fourth anniversary as an EOT but also the culture that has continued to grow over the past four years. Since transitioning to employee ownership, Target has strengthened its commitment to creating an environment where every employee has a voice, shares in the company's success and plays an active role in shaping its future.

The celebration served as a reminder that the company's people remain at the heart of everything it does. Taking time away from the day-to-day to celebrate achievements, recognise shared success and enjoy each other's company made for a memorable and meaningful occasion.
