When you place an order with us, you will now have the option to choose DPD’s Ship To Shop service in most cases.
This allows you to pick up your deliveries from a nominated dropoff point – there are over 2,500 locations in the UK including local and national shops as well as petrol stations and other local outlets – rather than waiting for a 1-hour delivery window.
Your Ship To Shop order will then be delivered to your nominated dropoff point by midday the next day, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Best still, the service only costs £5 per qualifying order, 7 days a week.
Here’s a short video explaining the service and what you need to do:
What is DPD Ship To Shop?
A delivery service that allows you to pick up your parcel from a chosen collection point.
How many DPD Pickup Points are there?
There are over 2,500 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10 minutes’ drive of 93% of the UK population and 5 minutes’ walk within central London.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive at my designated Pickup Point?
Simply select DPD Pickup as your delivery option at check-out. Following the day of despatch your order will be delivered by 12 noon next day.
How long will my delivery stay at the Pickup Point?
Your parcel will stay in the store for up to 7 days, so you can collect at a time to suit yourself. If you have not picked up your parcel, a reminder will be sent to you on the 3rd day, and the parcel is returned to the sender after the 7th day of storage - in this case we will have to charge you for the cost of returing the delivery.
What do I need to take when I pick up my delivery?
You will need to take your Pickup pass. (DPD pick-up pass code, which will be sent to you by email or SMS once your order is ready for collection). Photo ID (this is either a photo driving licence or passport) is only required forhigh value items. If you aren’t able to take your Pickup pass, either printed or on your smartphone, you’ll need two forms of ID: your passport or driving licence, and a utility bill.
When making a collection, what forms of ID are accepted?
All you need to bring with you is your Pick Up Pass (provided by DPD) and some photographic ID – that is, a passport or photo driving licence – to release your parcel.
Please note, the following types of ID are NOT accepted:
What should I do if I lose my Pickup Pass?
Your parcel number will be in the email/text that you received when the parcel was despatched. Visit www.dpd.co.uk or open the DPD app, click 'Track My Parcel' and enter your parcel number and your home postcode. From here you can click to download your Pickup pass.
What should I do if I do not receive my Pickup Pass?
If the estimated delivery date has passed, contact the Target customer service, who will check whether your parcel has arrived in shop and advise accordingly.
Can someone else pick up my delivery on my behalf?
The shop will only release the parcel to someone with the same surname. They must have the Pickup pass and their own photo ID.

Please note: DPD Ship To Shop is only available in mainland UK – if the service is not available in your location, you will not be given the option at checkout.
