Designed for durability
We use the US Department of Defense's MIL-STD 810H standards to create a balance of reliability and durability for our ThinkBook laptops. We test against 26 procedures to ensure they run in extreme conditions. These tests cover harsh variables like Arctic wilderness and desert dust storms, including temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration, and more.

Within DOA Period: Lenovo will issue an authorisation number for return to the dealer/distributor.
Outside DOA Period: Lenovo will issue an RMA number and will handle the warranty direct with the end user (unless otherwise instructed).
This DOA period can vary so please verify this information with the manufacturer.
The item will have a base warranty when you first receive it. A base warranty is the manufacturing warranty to protect the product once it leaves the factory. Once the product is purchased and registered, the base warranty is deactivated and switches to the full consumer warranty providing the level of service that is included with the machine.
