Initially, you will receive first-line telephone support. In the event of a hardware issue, two Engineers or technicians will coordinate a site visit between Monday and Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. This typically occurs within 72 hours.
During the site visit, the engineers will bring a replacement panel, assess and test the reported fault, and proceed with the necessary repairs. If a repair is not possible, they will conduct a deinstallation and reinstallation with the replacement panel.
For cases of Dead On Arrival (DOA), upon receiving the shipment, it is crucial for the customer (reseller/end user) to promptly inspect the consignment and report any damage or defects to their supplier within 3 days of delivery. To expedite the process, please adhere to the following steps:
Thoroughly inspect all packaging and labels, and capture photos.
Report the issue immediately, along with the provided photos, to your supplier.
Retain all packaging materials; do not discard them.
Dahua will conduct an investigation and communicate the findings to the customer.
Any valid claims will result in a replacement with the same product, if available.
Please note that Dahua covers all manufacturing faults and product failures. However, any breakages occurring post-delivery or any instances of misuse or accidental damage during installation are not covered by the warranty.
