As part of our ongoing developments we are updating our payment process and moving to a new payment platform.

The new payment gateway will be going live on Thursday 3rd October.
As a consequence of the move, all current and legacy Credit and Debit card information will be removed from your account, meaning you will need to enter and save your current card details the next time you use it to pay.
In addition, when you pay by card over the phone in future, rather than providing your details verbally to your Account Manager or the Sales Team, you will be sent a Link To Pay email link - simply follow the instructions and the automated system will notify us when payment is completed.
